Online entry: US$ 200.00 per wine
Early Bird: US$ 180.00 per wine by October 30, 2025
Offline entry: US$ 220.00 per wine
How to enter AWA
1. Login or register online
Register to create your account
>> To ensure that you receive emails from AWA, it is recommended to add the email address hi(a)asiawineawards.org to your list of trusted contacts or safe senders.
2. Enter your Wine details online.
2.1. Enter the details of the wines that you want to enter the competition, Every time you enter a wine information to add to cart.
2.2. Then you can enter other wine information again, and then Checkout together.
2.3. Checkout and complete your billing profile.
3. payment online
3.1. Online payment via Credit Card or Paypal: Select payment options in your account and pay online option.
3.2. Once the payment is confirmed, you can access the payment/invoice receipt under the billing tab of your online account.
4. Send your Wine samples
4.1. Samples Delivery Window: December 1, 2025 – March 7, 2026
4.2. Prepare your samples for shipping to AWA logistics Partner’s Warehouse in Hong Kong.
